All In One Marketing AI Agreement

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between ALL IN ONE MARKETING.COM, INC (“Company”) and Client. Client acknowledges that the sole obligation of the Company is to provide services as outlined in Section 3 "Services".

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

Client agrees to pay Company in advance for services rendered. There are no cancellations, no refunds, and no returns.

Client pays a one-time fee of $5,000. Services are provided for 6 months from the effective date and year of this agreement as set forth below.

3. SERVICES:

The Company will provide the following services to the Client.

1. Company will provide and create one AI bot with one objective

2. Client receives All In One Marketing CRM system

4. SUPPORT:

The Company will provide unlimited support to the Client. All support is provided via email. Phone support is not provided.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement has been executed and delivered by the respective duly authorized representatives of the Parties on the Effective Date and year set forth below.
